Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experienced as a full-stack developer or in a similar role
  • Experienced in developing web apps from front-end to back-end
  • Experienced in API design and development
  • Familiarity with common development stacks
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JS with the familiarity of CSS preprocessors (e.g. Stylus and Sass)
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Vue and React)
  • Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. PHP, Node.js, and Python)
  • Experience working with database tech (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL)
  • Familiarity with web servers and containerization (e.g. Apache, Nginx, Docker)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with medical business development, lead the research and analysis of competitive landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest internet trends to identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve user experience and drive growth and conversion
  • Translate digital product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience.

  • At least Bachelor's degree from top local or overseas universities with min GPA 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. Background in Computer Science, Engineering, mathematics, or Business field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors

  • Merespon setiap keluhan dan memberikan solusi terbaik kepada konsumen untuk mencapai customer satisfaction
  • Melaporkan kendala atau masukan dari konsumen baik mengenai platform maupun produk layanan kepada team internal terkait agar dilakukan identifikasi dan perbaikan terkait keluhan dan masukan yang disampaikan
  • Menginformasikan kepada konsumen tentang fitur & produk layanan baru yang dimiliki oleh Klinik Pintar IDI
  • Selalu update dengan isu internal terkait perkembangan produk layanan
  • Follow up konsumen untuk memastikan kendala yang dialami telah selesai
  • Memonitor komplain konsumen di sosial media dan menjangkau konsumen tersebut agar mendapatkan solusi atas komplainnya

Requirements:

  • Lulusan sarjana (S1) atau Diploma (D3) Jurusan Keperawatan/Kebidanan/Jurusan lain yang relevan
  • Berpengalaman sebagai customer service di klinik atau rumah sakit lebih disukai
  • Pengalaman bekerja di klinik sebagai perawat atau bidan
  • Dapat menggunakan software & hardware untuk kebutuhan customer service dengan baik (Telp, WA, sosial media, dll)
  • Memahami bagaimana cara kerja customer relationship management
  • Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah (Problem Solving)
  • Kemampuan multitasking dalam pekerjaan

  • Primary responsible for developing brand new medical care services and managing all equipment necessity including but not limited to ensure compliance of term and condition, developing budget, evaluating the quality of service, and maintenance communication with stakeholders.
  • Responsible for implementing & developing the Medigo care service & Delivery model is going great and ensures an increase continuously.
  • Lead Clinic team (Doctor, nurse & other practitioner) towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals

Key Duties:

  • Report to CMO every update and issue in clinic partners
  • Work closely with the CMO for dealing with clinic partners or 3rd party partners and ensure every essential nessecity is prepared.
  • Analyse and improve every aspect on implementation care services in clinic partners
  • Create and update guidelines both operation & Medical compliance to national regulation
  • Actively communication to clinic and 3rd party partners to enhance service deliverable and engagement
  • Reporting monthly analysis and growth trend medigo care service
  • Assist upper management in decisions for new care service and delivery model as a liaison for clinic partner with upper management in Medigo or Klinik Pintar
  • Create and implement program to engage clinic patients and satisfaction
  • Work together with other internal teams such as but not limited to product tech team for enhanced service care and operation team for implementation.
  • Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions

Requirement & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as clinic/Hospital operation manager, healthcare business development or similar managerial role
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles
  • Sound understanding of optimization of clinic operations and standards for success
  • Working knowledge of healthcare application
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
